Refund & Return Policy

At Cobra Vibe, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or refund within 5 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly. We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection made by the customer.
